I am fiercely loving and uncompromisingly dedicated to your conscious awakening. This work is both a warm hug and a spiritual kick in the pants. I have a knack for knowing when to yield and when to push.
I seek the highest truth, zero in on alignment and help you move beyond what no longer serves you. I hold space for you to experience yourself fully and without judgement. You’ll get exactly what you need, moment to moment.

I'm here in service of your soul
Professionally, I’ve been a facilitator, teacher and guide for more than 15 years, sharing my gifts with groups and individuals in many capacities. Here are some of the highlights:
• Eight years guiding wilderness expeditions
for vulnerable adults and five years creating a boarding school
for struggling youth taught me deep empathy, unyielding patience and an uncommon level of honesty. Through teamwork, challenge and play, my clients saw parts of themselves they had never known, and experienced themselves in ways they had never imagined.
• Teacher’s college
taught me to design my own life with conscious intention, taking an active role in making my experience what I want it to be, and supporting others in doing the same.
• I’ve expanded my facilitation tool-kit through certification with The Coaches Training Institute,
a global leadership development company with a leading-edge approach to coach training.
• I’m the son of a healer. From day one I was steeped in the truth that there’s a whole lot more to life than our surface-level experience of this world (Thanks Mom and Dad).
• My career began in community health promotion,
where I started working with groups, learned to be “real” and got grounded in my gifts as a listener and facilitator.
