I offer one-to-one sessions to support you on your journey.
Sessions happen over the phone, and are 60-90 minutes long. I work with adults, families and youth. I offer single sessions, packages for ongoing support and personal intensives.
I offer a no-cost clarity consultation so you can get a sense of how I work and what you’ll receive before committing to further sessions.
